Last night we all went along to see a preview of Dara, a new play at the National Theatre. It was gripping and wonderfully staged, but those weren’t the only reasons to go along.

We’d been invited by the Theatre themselves, as they recently became the latest addition to our client list – and a very exciting one, too.

Our first piece of public–facing work for the NT is the campaign strapline for Dara: A family at war. An empire in the balance.

It’s not easy summing up an epic tale of royal feuds and religious schism in seventeenth–century Mughal India. But the NT were thrilled with the simplicity and drama of our line, which gets to the heart of the story and, we hope, creates sufficient intrigue to draw potential audiences in.

We’re already hard at work on a new project for the Theatre, and couldn’t be more thrilled to be working with such an inspiring cultural brand. Watch this space…
