Big news: we’ve just opened a new office in Manchester.

Reed Words North, as we like to call it, will be led by our brilliant longtime Deputy Creative Director, Samuel Pollen. It will help us support our existing clients in the North (and in Scotland), like the Manchester International Festival and Standard Life. And, of course, it will help us find some lovely new ones.

A pandemic may seem like a strange time to open a new office. But in an online-only world, more and more brands are discovering how important language is to their success. Whether it’s the pithy social media content that gives them cut-through, or the clear user journey that makes ordering from their website a cinch.

As a result of all this, we’re busier than ever. Our team is growing. And, in the wake of a pandemic that’s changed how and where businesses work, we think Manchester’s thriving creative scene will go from strength to strength.

Plus, we have the perfect person to kick it all off. Sam P – our first-ever hire – was born in Manchester, and couldn’t be more excited about bringing Reed Words home with him.

Given the current circumstances, we’re skipping the ribbon cutting ceremony. But you can send your congratulations (and juicy new briefs) to:
