Contact’s reputation as a youth-led theatre stretches across Europe. But many Mancunians have never set foot inside. We developed messaging to help get people through the door.

Contact is one of the UK’s few performing arts venues where young people call the shots. However, different people have different ideas about who Contact is for.

We spoke to their team, the local community and youth members to nail down exactly what Contact does and why.

The result? Messaging that places their USP centre stage and brings in a wide audience. All while staying true to their roots with a friendly Mancunian tone of voice.
