Southbank Centre is the epicentre of the arts in London. They needed clarity on their strategic direction, and a new voice that would appeal to clubbers and classical music connoisseurs alike.
Creating a new mission, vision, values and voice. It’s a big brand moment – especially for one of London’s boldest arts organisations.
Southbank is made by the people in it – the team, artists, performers, exhibitors and visitors – so that’s where we started. We interviewed them to find out what makes this space so special. Then we worked with people across Southbank to craft a strategy they could all rally behind. And it didn’t end there – we rolled out a new brand voice to team members and across key touchpoints so that everyone knows what Southbank stands for.
